• Event dates are not secured until the non-refundable deposit is received.
   
• All prices and services are confirmed in the final invoice.
   

Client acknowledges and agrees that:

• All deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellation, rescheduling, weather, illness, or changes to the event.
   
• Cancellations must be made at least one (1) month prior to the scheduled event date.
   
• Cancellations made less than one month prior may result in forfeiture of all payments made.
   
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and approval and may be permitted once at Olive’s Carts’ discretion.
   

• Olive’s Carts is not responsible for weather conditions.
   
• Outdoor events require adequate shelter and safe working conditions.
   
• Weather-related issues do not qualify for refunds or deposit returns.
   

Client agrees to provide:

• Clear access to the venue
   
• Adequate space for cart setup and service
   
• Compliance with venue rules and regulations
   

Olive’s Carts reserves the right to modify or cease service if conditions are unsafe.

This Agreement applies only to event catering services.
Non-event product purchases are governed by Olive’s Carts’ Product Sales Policy and are reviewed for refunds on a case-by-case basis, excluding event deposits.

Client grants Olive’s Carts permission to photograph and/or video the event setup for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, with venue in Spokane County, WA.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior communications. Any modifications must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

By signing below, Client confirms they have read, understand, and agree to this Agreement, including all deposit, cancellation, and no-refund terms.
