Olive’s Carts provides curated charcuterie cart catering for private events, weddings, celebrations, corporate gatherings, and special occasions. All carts are prepared and styled based on the selected cart option, guest count, event details, seasonal availability, and any approved specialty requests.

Photos, descriptions, and menu examples shown on our website or social media are for inspiration and general representation only. Final presentation, ingredients, styling, and product availability may vary depending on season, supplier availability, venue conditions, guest count, and the cart selected.

All Catered Carts have a Owner-Operated Cart Setup & Presentation Fee of $350.00 includes delivery, professional setup, owner-operated cart presentation for up to two hours, guest plating, continuous replenishment and presentation maintenance, tear down, and complete clean up

Disclaimer(Required)

Olive’s Carts prepares and serves food that may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to dairy, gluten, wheat, soy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, seafood, sesame, and other allergens. While we do our best to follow any allergy notes provided by the client, Olive’s Carts is not an allergen-free business and cannot guarantee that cross-contact will not occur.

It is the client’s responsibility to notify Olive’s Carts in writing of any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or special instructions before the event. Guests with severe allergies should use their own judgment before consuming any food items.

Olive’s Carts is not responsible for food once it has been removed from our care, moved by the client or guests, left out beyond the service time, or taken from the event location. For food safety reasons, Olive’s Carts reserves the right to remove, discard, or refuse to leave any food items that may no longer be safe to serve.

Policies, Terms & Conditions(Required)

Booking & Event Approval

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee your event date. Your event is not confirmed until Olive’s Carts has reviewed and accepted your request, the required deposit has been paid, and all required acknowledgments or agreements have been completed.

Guest Minimum: Olive’s Carts requires a 40 guest minimum for catered cart bookings unless otherwise agreed to in writing. The final guest count provided by the client will be used for planning, food preparation, staffing, and final pricing.

Deposit & Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. Because Olive’s Carts purchases, prepares, schedules, and reserves services specifically for your event, deposits are non-refundable.

The remaining balance must be paid by the due date listed on your invoice or agreement. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of services, and any payments already made will remain non-refundable.

Cancellations & Refunds

All deposits are non-refundable. Due to the custom nature of food preparation, staffing, scheduling, and event planning, payments made toward an event are non-refundable once paid. Olive’s Carts does not provide refunds for client cancellations, guest count changes, weather issues, venue changes, unused food, late arrivals, or circumstances outside of Olive’s Carts’ control.

Date Changes & Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule are not guaranteed and depend on availability. If Olive’s Carts is able to accommodate a new date, additional fees may apply. If the requested new date is unavailable, the event will be treated as a cancellation, and all non-refundable payment terms will still apply.

Guest Count & Event Changes

Final guest count, event time, venue address, cart selection, add-ons, theme details, allergy notes, and specialty requests must be submitted by the deadline provided by Olive’s Carts. Changes requested after that deadline may not be available and may require additional fees.

If the guest count decreases after payment or after food has been ordered, no refund or credit will be issued. If the guest count increases, additional charges may apply and must be paid before the event.

Menu & Specialty Items

Olive’s Carts will make reasonable efforts to provide the selected cart items and approved specialty requests. However, specific meats, cheeses, fruits, crackers, sweets, florals, décor, and specialty items may vary due to seasonal availability, supplier changes, quality concerns, or availability at the time of purchase. Olive’s Carts reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions when needed.

Venue, Access & Set Up

The client is responsible for ensuring Olive’s Carts has permission to set up at the venue. The client must provide accurate venue information, access instructions, parking or unloading details, and any venue rules before the event.

The client is responsible for providing a safe, level, and accessible setup area. Outdoor events must have suitable protection from weather, heat, wind, direct sun, rain, and unsafe conditions. Olive’s Carts reserves the right to adjust setup, delay service, or refuse service if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for food service.

Service Time

Catered carts include the service time stated in the booking or agreement. Additional time is not guaranteed and may require additional fees. If the event starts late due to client, venue, vendor, or guest delays, the original contracted service end time may still apply.

Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, reviewing all booking information, communicating changes in writing, and making all required payments on time. The client is also responsible for guest behavior around the cart and for any damage caused by guests, vendors, venue staff, or others at the event.

Damages & Missing Items

The client may be responsible for repair or replacement costs for any damaged, broken, or missing Olive’s Carts property, equipment, serving pieces, cart pieces, décor, signage, or supplies caused by the client, guests, vendors, venue staff, or event attendees.

Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

Olive’s Carts is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or inability to provide services caused by weather, unsafe conditions, road closures, emergencies, power issues, venue problems, acts of nature, illness, accidents, or circumstances beyond our control. Olive’s Carts will make reasonable efforts to provide services when possible, but safety and food quality must come first.
